Shipping Policy

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") applies to all orders placed through www.paleonola.com, operated by Paleo Products Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described herein. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following order confirmation. During peak periods — including but not limited to major holidays, promotional sale events, and new product launches — processing times may be extended. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate extended processing windows via the Site or order confirmation email. An order confirmation email does not constitute shipment. A separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been fulfilled and tendered to the carrier.

We are not responsible for processing delays resulting from payment authorization failures, address verification issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Free Shipping Threshold

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders with a pre-tax merchandise subtotal of fifty dollars ($50.00) or more, shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated at checkout).

Free shipping is applied at checkout automatically when the threshold is met. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping threshold at any time without prior notice. The threshold in effect at the time of your order confirmation governs your order. Please note that if any coupons are used and this results in a reduction of the total below the $50.00 threshold, you will be charged a shipping fee. 

Shipping Rates for Orders Under $50

Orders with a pre-tax subtotal below fifty dollars ($50.00) are subject to carrier-calculated shipping rates. The applicable rate will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation. Rates are based on delivery destination, package weight, and dimensions.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

       Standard shipping: three (3) to seven (7) business days following fulfillment

       Expedited shipping options, where available, will be displayed at checkout with associated costs and estimated timeframes

All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Estimated delivery dates do not constitute a delivery guarantee and do not create an obligation on our part to issue a refund solely on the basis of a delayed delivery.

Delivery Geography

We currently ship to all fifty (50) U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain zip codes or regions at our discretion without advance notice.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our tender of the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier has accepted the shipment. However, we will work with you in good faith to resolve carrier-related issues and will initiate a carrier claim on your behalf where the carrier's policies permit us to do so. Carrier liability for lost or damaged shipments is subject to the carrier's own terms, conditions, and declared value limitations, and we make no warranty as to the outcome of any carrier claim.

Stolen or Porch-Theft Packages

We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as stolen or missing from your delivery location. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend: (1) checking with neighbors and household members; (2) contacting the carrier directly to open a trace; and (3) filing a police report if theft is suspected. We will cooperate with carrier investigations and, at our sole discretion, may offer a one-time courtesy replacement or credit on a case-by-case basis. This is a goodwill gesture and does not create an ongoing obligation.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you and may charge a re-shipment fee at the then-current carrier rate. Unclaimed returned packages that cannot be re-shipped will be refunded for the product cost only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Packages Held, Delayed, or Seized by Postal Authorities

On rare occasions, domestic shipments may be held, delayed, or returned by postal or carrier authorities due to regulatory, security, or operational reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to work with the carrier to resolve the situation. We are not liable for losses arising from such holds or seizures where we are not at fault.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is confirmed lost by the carrier, or does not arrive within a reasonable window beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@paleonola.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within two (2) business days.
