This simple two ingredient recipe is a great, low sugar topping for breakfasts and snacks. Make in advance and store in the fridge to have throughout the week!
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- In a medium saucepan, add blueberries and maple syrup. Cook on medium low and slowly reduce until the blueberries are soft and the mixture is thickened. Use to top pancakes, Grain Free Granola, dairy-free yogurt and more!
