This delicious Nourishing Winter Salad brings together all of your favorite winter veggies and fruits into one delicious, paleo-friendly and nutrient dense salad.
- ½ acorn squash, baked
- 1 grilled chicken breast or preferred protein
- ¼ pomegranate
- 1 mandarin
- 1/3 cup sautéed broccoli
- ¼ cup Original Paleonola
- 2 cups mesculin or preferred lettuce
- Add lettuce to a bowl and top with all of the ingredients.
- Top with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
