Paleo Matcha Ice Cream

This homemade paleo-friendly ice cream is a breeze to make and is especially delicious with the crunch of our Pina Colada Paleonola on top! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups full fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • ½ cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined.
  2. Add to ice cream maker and top with Pina Colada Paleonola as a garnish
